Balwom Textile is a leading name in women's ethnic wear, known for its premium sarees, suits, lehengas, and fusion wear collections. We are expanding our retail operations and looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead our team and deliver an exceptional shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
Lead, train, and motivate store staff to deliver excellent customer service.
Manage inventory, visual merchandising, and stock replenishment.
Handle customer queries, feedback, and escalations effectively.
Ensure adherence to company policies, display standards, and brand guidelines.
Monitor sales reports and performance metrics to identify improvement areas.
Coordinate with the head office for promotions, pricing, and new collections.
Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum 5 years in retail management (preferably women's ethnic garments).
Leadership:
Proven ability to lead and manage a team.
Skills:
Strong communication, sales acumen, and customer-handling skills.
Education:
Graduate (preferred in Fashion, Business, or related field).
Personality:
Presentable, customer-oriented, and proactive.
