About the Role



We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented Sales Manager who can communicate with empathy, inspire action, and convert interest into participation for our wellness programs. This role is ideal for someone who combines excellent communication skills, field coordination abilities, and a passion for helping people transform their lives.

Key Responsibilities



1. Lead Engagement & Nurturing

Connect with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and one-on-one follow-ups.

Understand individual challenges and guide them to suitable programs.

Build genuine rapport with participants over multiple touchpoints.

2. Conversion & Counselling

Explain program benefits clearly and confidently.

Handle objections and help people make empowered decisions.

Track and update conversion pipeline in CRM.

3. Field Presence & Event Support

Represent the organization at workshops, wellness sessions, and Exhibitions.

Coordinate on-ground logistics and assist in event execution.

Support instructors and ensure smooth participant experience.

4. Training & Self-Development

Attend regular training sessions on:

Skill Development: Presentation, Listening, Objection Handling

Attitudinal Growth: Compassion, Commitment, Confidence

Efficient Speaking: Clarity, Persuasion, Tone, Body Language

Implement training insights in daily interactions.

Strong verbal and interpersonal communication

Organized, responsive, and self-managed

Willingness to travel within Mumbai for events

Basic digital literacy (CRM, WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets)

Educational Qualification



Graduate or Post Graduate in any stream

Eligibility



2-4 years of experience in sales, fieldwork, wellness support, or community engagement

Fluent in English, Hindi, Gujrati and preferably Marathi

Open to learning, feedback, and personal transformation
