Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced

Sales Manager

to lead and support the sales operations of our Slimming & Wellness Clinic. The role involves guiding the sales team, improving client conversions, maintaining service quality, and supporting overall clinic growth. This position is ideal for candidates with experience in healthcare, wellness, or service-based sales environments.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the clinic sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets Handle walk-in, enquiry, and follow-up consultations in a professional manner Support client counselling for wellness and slimming programs Monitor daily sales performance and maintain basic sales reports Train and guide sales executives on communication and conversion techniques Coordinate with clinic operations and medical teams for smooth service delivery Maintain client satisfaction and long-term relationship management Ensure compliance with clinic policies and service standards
Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in sales or business development (healthcare/wellness preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lead and motivate a team Comfortable working with targets and performance metrics Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, reports) Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PG preferred but not mandatory)
Experience

2-5 years of experience in sales or customer relationship roles Prior experience in clinics, wellness centers, hospitals, or service industries is an advantage
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
