- Weddings & Events (B2B and B2C)



The Sales Manager - Events and Weddings will be responsible for driving sales and managing client relationships for both weddings and various events within the hospitality division. This role focuses on generating revenue through booking and coordinating wedding celebrations, social gatherings, and other special occasions. The manager ensures seamless client experiences from initial inquiry through event execution, working closely with internal teams and external partners.

Roles and Responsibilities



Managing B2B pipeline and expanding relationships with Wedding and Event planners. Handling B2C customers for Weddings and Personal Events. Generate revenue by attracting and securing bookings for weddings and social functions. Co-ordinate or conduct site tours and consultations with prospective clients to understand their event needs and present tailored proposals. Manage the full sales cycle for events and weddings in CRM, including inquiry management, proposal creation, contract negotiation, payment processing, and coordination for event delivery. Partner with marketing to develop and execute promotional activities across weddings and event segments. Build and maintain strong client relationships, encouraging repeat business and referrals across weddings and other event types. Collaborate with front office, banquets, food and beverage operations, and external vendors to ensure successful event planning and execution. Develop detailed event timelines, manage vendor communications, and resolve any issues arising before or during events. Lead and mentor the sales team to deliver exceptional service and achieve sales targets in both weddings and events categories. Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive offerings, and customer preferences to adapt strategies accordingly. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and post-event analyses to measure effectiveness and guide future planning.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree. 5+ years of proven experience in event and wedding sales in a wedding companies like The Wedding Theory, The Wedding Company, Better Half etc. Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Highly organized with ability to manage multiple concurrent events and deadlines. Flexibility to work during evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules. Proficient in CRM systems, sales reporting tools, and event management software. Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills and ability to perform under pressure. Leadership experience, preferably with a record of guiding and motivating sales teams. Passionate about delivering memorable event experiences and exceeding client expectations.

Pay: ?60,000.00 - ?75,000.00 per month
