We are seeking an experienced

Sales Manager

for the automobile industry to lead and drive sales operations at our

Newtown-Rajarhat

location. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in automobile sales and an existing, well-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and motivate a

team of minimum 5 sales executives

Drive monthly and annual sales targets for vehicles Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of targets Maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders Coordinate with marketing, service, and operations teams Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and brand representation

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the automobile industry

Must have an existing team of at least 5 sales executives

Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills In-depth knowledge of automobile sales processes and CRM systems Ability to work in a target-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with dealership operations Local market knowledge of Newtown-Rajarhat area

Salary & Incentives:

40,000/- + performance-based incentives +PF
