Role Objective:

To drive sales growth of dairy products such as

bottled milk and other value-added items

across B2C and B2B channels by identifying new markets, developing distribution networks, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies for bottled milk and other dairy products in retail and institutional markets. Manage and expand distributor, retailer, and bulk buyer networks. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Conduct market research to identify customer needs, pricing trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities. Maintain strong relationships with wholesalers, retailers, hotels, restaurants, canteens, and corporate clients. Coordinate with the production and logistics teams for timely deliveries and inventory management. Ensure proper branding, product visibility, and promotional activities at retail outlets. Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and presentations for management review. Train and guide the sales team on product knowledge and selling techniques. Handle customer complaints and ensure quick resolution.

Skills & Qualifications:

Graduation in Marketing/Business Management or relevant field. Minimum 2-5 years of sales experience in

Dairy / FMCG / Food & Beverages industry

. Good communication, negotiation, and networking skills. Knowledge of local market and distribution channels. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools preferred.

2. : Plant Manager - Dairy Manufacturing

Role Objective:

To oversee and manage daily activities of the dairy processing plant, ensuring efficient production, product quality, regulatory compliance, and smooth functioning of the overall plant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise end-to-end plant operations including milk reception, pasteurization, homogenization, bottling, chilling, packing, and dispatch. Ensure production targets are met as per demand without compromising quality. Implement and monitor

GMP, HACCP, FSSAI

standards and ensure hygiene, sanitation, and food safety protocols. Maintain equipment performance and coordinate preventive & breakdown maintenance activities. Optimize manpower utilization, shift schedules, and workforce productivity. Coordinate with procurement for raw milk sourcing and with sales/logistics for dispatch planning. Control wastage, production costs, and improve process efficiency. Ensure compliance with statutory norms, safety guidelines, and company SOPs. Prepare production reports, documentation, and maintain proper records for audits. Train plant staff on processing techniques, safety, and operational SOPs.

Skills & Qualifications:

Diploma/Degree in Dairy Technology / Food Technology / Mechanical / Production Engineering. 3-7 years of experience in

dairy processing / food manufacturing

plants. Strong knowledge of dairy machinery and processing standards. Leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with FSSAI regulations, plant maintenance, and quality control processes.
