Sales Manager
to drive business growth and build strong B2B and B2C networks.
Position Overview
The
Sales Manager
will be responsible for generating new business, managing existing client relationships, exploring partnership opportunities, and expanding the brand's reach across India. This role requires a proactive individual who can connect with retailers, boutiques, wholesalers, and direct consumers while understanding market trends in the fashion and apparel industry.
Key Responsibilities1. Business Development (B2B & B2C)
Identify and onboard new B2B partners such as boutiques, multi-brand outlets, retailers, wholesalers, and fashion houses across India.
Develop strategies to increase B2C sales through store visits, customer engagement, events, and promotions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, distributors, and corporate clients.
Explore and create dealership/distributor networks where relevant.
2. Sales Growth & Revenue Management
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for both B2B and B2C channels.
Prepare and implement sales plans to boost overall brand revenue.
Track sales performance, analyze trends, and recommend improvements.
3. Market Expansion
Travel across India to explore new markets, attend exhibitions, participate in trade shows, and network with potential clients.
Conduct market research to identify opportunities for brand growth in new regions.
Represent Krishna Creation at events, fashion expos, and industry gatherings.
4. Client Servicing
Ensure excellent client communication and service to maintain long-term relationships.
Handle queries, resolve issues, and assist clients throughout the order cycle.
Collect feedback from B2B and B2C customers to improve product offerings.
5. Internal Coordination
Coordinate with the manufacturing unit regarding production schedules, order specifications, and delivery timelines.
Work closely with the design and merchandising team to understand new collections and present them effectively to clients.
Provide regular sales reports to management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, business development, or retail (preferably in fashion, apparel, textile, or lifestyle brands).
Strong B2B and B2C networking skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Understanding of fashion trends, fabrics, and customer preferences.
Ability and willingness to travel frequently across India.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Management, or a related field (preferred).
