To drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and ensuring smooth coordination between customers, production, and logistics teams for timely delivery of concrete products.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new customers through online leads, field visits, walk-in inquiries, and market research.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Prepare quotations, proforma invoices (PIs) and follow up with clients regularly.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits as required.
Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
Maintain and update daily MIS reports, customer databases, and sales records.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to support business growth strategies.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualification
Graduate in any discipline (BBA / MBA will be added advantage).
Experience
2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in building materials, construction products, or real estate sectors.
Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Fluency in Hindi, English, and Bengali.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, report generation, and MIS maintenance.
Positive attitude, target-oriented, and proactive in follow-up.
Additional Requirements
Own two-wheeler (bike) will be an added advantage.
Willingness to travel within Kolkata and nearby areas.
Compensation
As per industry standards (performance-linked incentives can be included)
