will be responsible for driving business growth through room sales, property tie-ups. The role involves developing and executing strategic sales plans, and ensuring revenue targets/Monthly target are met across all assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with TA or corporates clients, travel agents, and business partners.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and competitor activities.
Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure property visibility and guest satisfaction.
Represent SAY Rooms & Homes at local events, exhibitions, and business meetings.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field.
Minimum
3-5 years of experience
in sales within the hospitality, travel, or tourism industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proven ability to lead teams and meet revenue targets.
Familiarity with the North-East India market will be an added advantage.
Proficient in MS Office, CRM, and property management systems.
Willingness to travel frequently within the region.
