Handle client inquiries, quotations, and negotiations to close sales effectively.
3. Market Intelligence
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in fall protection and safety standards.
Work with the marketing team to develop campaigns and promotional materials.
4. Technical & Product Knowledge
Gain in-depth understanding of horizontal lifeline systems, anchor points, and related safety equipment.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure accurate project proposals and technical compliance.
5. Sales Administration
Maintain sales records, pipeline updates, and client interactions in CRM software.
Prepare regular sales reports for management review.
