Role Description



This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Kolkata. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing strategic sales plans, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include client meetings, property showings, negotiations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Manager will also be involved in market analysis and coordinating with the marketing team to implement effective sales strategies.

Sales and Negotiation skills Client Relationship Management and Customer Service skills Strategic Planning and Market Analysis skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in the real estate industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
