We are seeking a results-driven and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing client relationships, and achieving revenue growth targets. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales management.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to drive performance and achieve individual and team goals.
Identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and expand the customer base.
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies.
Monitor sales metrics and prepare regular performance reports for senior management.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align strategies and improve customer experience.
Negotiate and close high-value deals with key clients and partners.
Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and ethical sales practices.
