Our focus is on helping clients in the HNI & Ultra HNI category make strategic property investments.
We are expanding our Luxury Sales Team and seeking highly driven Real Estate Sales Managers with proven expertise in premium property sales and client acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end real estate sales cycle for luxury properties.
Identify, approach, and acquire HNI & Ultra HNI clients for premium property investments (?2 Cr+ ticket size).
Pitch leading residential and commercial projects from our exclusive portfolio.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with high-value clients.
Drive consistent sales revenue generation through client acquisition.
Conduct property presentations, client meetings, and site visits.
Collaborate with developers and in-house teams to ensure smooth deal closures.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in the luxury segment.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in real estate sales/consultancy (Luxury or High-Value Properties).
Strong background in HNI/Ultra HNI client acquisition.
Excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skills.
Strong ability to close high-ticket deals and deliver results.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and resilient in competitive markets.
Freshers will not be considered.
Compensation & Benefits
CTC Range: ?35,000 - ?1,00,000+ per month (flexible for the right talent)
