Job Summary:
Speechgears is seeking Result-oriented Sales Manager to lead the sales effort by planning lead generation, refining the sales funnel, and developing strong relationships with customers. You will lead top-line revenue growth by upselling, cross-selling, and new business development. Besides, you will also represent Speechgears at industry events, manage contract negotiations, take the sales team through training and mentorship, perform competitive analysis, and ensure brand consistency across all channels..
Key Responsibilities:
Lead generation strategy
: Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies for the sales to drive good quality leads.
Drive Sales
: Building and nurturing those leads by creating great relationships with clients and getting them to the point of lead conversion.
Sales Funnel Management:
Work with the sales team to analyze and optimize the sales funnel so that the flow can properly transition from lead generation into conversion.
Revenue Growth
:Identify growth opportunities in the existing clients and revenue by upselling, cross selling, and new business development
Be Our Voice
: Represent Speechgears at various industry events, seminars, and trade shows.
Competitive Analysis:
Monitoring the activity of its competitors and market pattern, so that the sales strategy could be aligned according to the requirement, which will make it ahead of time, compared to competitors.
Contract negotiation:
She/he leads clients in contract negotiations, ensuring their agreements are inside the company's goals and contribute to long-term partnerships.
Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and collaborate with the marketing team to drive performance and realize key marketing objectives.
Training for Sales:
Design and develop training programs to equip the sales function with constantly improving skills and competencies

Report & Grow
: Get extremely valuable feed back from marketplace and discover potential for growth all to build and improve and innovate.
Brand Management
: Maintaining brand consistency for all communication materials and channels, thereby enhancing the visibility of Speechgears in the market.
Partnership development:
Identify influencers, organizations, or stakeholder groups and form partnerships with them in order to maximize the reach of your brand.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (Any discipline)
3+ years of sales and Marketing work experience.
Proven experience in events management, including product launches and marketing campaigns.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Leads and manages significant sales, building buyer-supplier relationships.
Develops and executes sales strategies.
Has negotiation and communication skills.
Capable of analyzing sales data and forecasting.
Multi-channel sales : digital and offline
