About the Role
We are looking for a
mature, strategic, and people-focused Sales Manager
to lead inbound sales function of our client
"Aayatan Veda"
.
Your responsibility goes beyond converting leads -- you will
supervise the sales process
, mentor executives (as the team grows), optimize conversions, and ensure every client receives a calm, guided, and reassuring experience aligned with our Vaastu & architectural philosophy.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Management & Conversion
Handle high-intent inbound leads from WhatsApp, calls, or email (no cold calling).
Understand the client's life stage (Buying / Living / Constructing) and their deeper concerns.
Communicate and position clearly our core services to prospects.
Guide clients through consultation steps, audit bookings, and payment workflows.
Consistently achieve weekly and monthly conversion targets.
2. Team Supervision & Process Ownership
Lead, mentor, and train future sales executives as the team expands.
Conduct weekly performance reviews and share improvements with management.
Maintain SOPs, call scripts, and follow-up processes to ensure quality.
Collaborate closely with PA/operations to synchronize audit delivery timelines.
3. Relationship Building & Consultative Selling
Build trust with clients through empathy, clarity, and calm communication.
Provide personalized recommendations based on their home, stage, or intention.
Share relevant PDFs, videos, testimonials, or case studies to support decisions.
4. CRM & Reporting
Ensure accurate CRM updates, tracking, and follow-up cycles.
Prepare weekly conversion reports and insights for leadership.
Identify friction points in the buyer journey and recommend improvements.
Skills & Requirements
1-3 years of experience
in consultative sales or service selling
(real estate, wellness, architecture/interior, education, or consulting preferred)
Strong communication in
English & Hindi
Emotionally intelligent, calm, grounded, and value-driven -- not pushy
Ability to understand or learn basic Vastu/spiritual or design concepts
Strong leadership qualities: accountability, process discipline, and mentoring ability
Comfortable with CRM systems and WhatsApp Business workflows
Highly organized, punctual, and self-managed
Strong follow-up discipline with a relationship-first mindset
