Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and generate leads through networking, cold calling, social media, and referrals
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
Arrange property viewings and provide detailed information on available listings
Guide clients through the entire sales process from inquiry to closing
Prepare and present sales proposals and property offers
Negotiate prices and terms with buyers, sellers, and intermediaries
Maintain and update client databases and CRM systems
Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional materials and campaigns
Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor activity
Ensure compliance with real estate laws and company policies
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Executive or similar sales role
Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and current trends
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
Real Estate license/certification (as required by local laws)
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
