Hadron GBS is seeking a high-performing Sales Manager - USA Market, based in India, to drive revenue growth across the United States. This role will focus on new logo acquisition, account mining, partner-led sales, and ServiceNow & Digital Services growth while working closely with delivery, marketing, and partner ecosystems.
The ideal candidate has strong exposure to US enterprise sales, understands IT consulting sales cycles, and is comfortable working in US time zones.
Key Responsibilities1. Business Development & Revenue Growth
Drive new business acquisition in the US market for:
ServiceNow Consulting & Managed Services
Digital Transformation, Cloud, AI & ITSM solutions
Own end-to-end sales lifecycle: prospecting ? discovery ? proposal ? closure.
Achieve quarterly & annual revenue targets aligned with company GTM strategy.
2. US Client & Account Management
Build and manage C-level and senior stakeholder relationships with US-based clients.
Act as primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across service lines.
Ensure smooth handover to delivery and ongoing account governance.
3. Partner & Alliance Sales
Work with ServiceNow, SI partners, MSPs, and staffing partners in the US.
Drive partner-sourced pipelines and joint GTM initiatives.
Manage partner onboarding, enablement, and performance tracking.
4. Pipeline & Forecast Management
Maintain a strong sales pipeline (3-5x of quota).
Track opportunities in CRM and provide weekly forecasts and reports.
Collaborate with marketing on ABM, webinars, events, and campaigns for the US region.
5. Pre-Sales & Proposal Support
Coordinate with pre-sales, architects, and delivery teams for:
Solution design
RFP/RFI responses
Commercial & contract discussions
Ensure proposals are value-driven, compliant, and competitive.
6. Market & Brand Representation
Represent Hadron GBS in US-focused webinars, virtual events, partner meets, and forums.
Support brand positioning as a trusted ServiceNow & Digital Transformation partner in the US.
Required Skills & Experience
8-12+ years of IT Services / Consulting sales (US market exposure mandatory).
Strong understanding of:
ServiceNow (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, IRM, CSM, SPM preferred)
Managed Services & Staff Augmentation models
Proven track record of closing mid-to-large enterprise deals in the US.
Experience working in US time zones (overlap with EST/PST).
Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
CRM-driven sales discipline (Salesforce / HubSpot or similar).
Good to Have
Prior experience selling for ServiceNow Partners.
Existing US enterprise or partner network.
Experience with contract-to-hire / staffing + services blended deals.
