Aligarh office
and requires a strong understanding of IT solutions and customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies for IT services and software solutions
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through various channels
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
Handle client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to improve performance
Coordinate with marketing and technical teams for proposal and solution delivery
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term retention
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field
2-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the IT or technology sector
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to understand and sell IT services such as software development, web, mobile apps, cloud, or SaaS
Preferred Skills
Experience in B2C IT sales
Knowledge of domestic and international IT markets
Team handling and leadership experience
