We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager / Business Development Manager to drive B2B and institutional sales for coffee vending machines, FMCG tea & coffee products, and vending solutions across Noida and Delhi NCR. This role requires proven experience in vending machine or beverage FMCG sales, channel development, key account management, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
Drive B2B sales of coffee vending machines, beverage premixes, tea & coffee products to corporates, factories, hospitals, hotels, government & private institutions.
Develop and manage channel partners, distributors, dealers, and key accounts.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs.
Actively prospect via cold calls, networking, references, and social media.
Schedule meetings, conduct product demos, presentations, and negotiate pricing.
Lead commercial closures, contract negotiations, and complete documentation.
Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets and expand the client base in Delhi NCR.
Participate in exhibitions, events, and conferences to generate leads and brand presence.
Collaborate with service & operations teams for installation, support & stock availability.
Maintain sales MIS, customer feedback, pipeline forecasting & competitor analysis.
Handle escalations, objections, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Team handling exposure preferred (leading 3-10 member sales team).
Candidate Requirements
Experience:
8 - 12+ years in vending machines / coffee vending solutions / FMCG tea & coffee / beverage sales.
Strong exposure to
B2B, Institutional, Government & Private Sector sales
.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
Strong MS Office proficiency; ability to deliver presentations.
