. Lead and manage a team of sales executives and channel partners. Handle

site visits, client meetings, negotiations, and closures

. Convert leads generated from digital marketing, brokers, and walk-ins. Develop pricing, offers, and payment plans in coordination with management. Maintain strong relationships with

investors, brokers, and high-net-worth clients
