Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field. 2-4 years of proven experience in Sales / Business Development (preferably in Digital Marketing or IT Services). Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts - SEO, PPC, Social Media, Google Ads, Website, Branding, etc. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple clients and close deals independently. Target-driven, confident, and proactive in client handling. Knowledge of CRM tools, Google Sheets, and MS Office.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking platforms. Conduct client meetings (online/offline) to understand business needs and suggest suitable digital marketing solutions. Present and explain CSI Grow Business services such as SEO, Social Media Marketing, Website Design, Google Ads, and Branding. Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and close deals successfully. Handle the complete sales cycle - from prospecting to payment follow-up. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, creative, and technical) to ensure smooth client onboarding and project delivery. Maintain and update the CRM system with leads, opportunities, and follow-ups. Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets. Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities. Build and maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
