We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive to join our residential real estate team in Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of residential units, managing client relationships, conducting site visits, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, channel partners, and walk-ins.
Conduct product presentations and site visits for prospective buyers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable project offerings.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with CRM team for documentation, follow-ups, and customer onboarding.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of project details, pricing, payment plans, and inventory.
Build long-term relationships with customers to maximize referrals.
Gather market intelligence and competitor data.
Key Requirements:
Proven track record in residential real estate sales (Noida market preferred).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Confident, energetic, and self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
Proficiency in basic MS Office and CRM tools.
Must be willing to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
