Nippon Data Systems Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive / Sales Manager with strong experience in Government & PSU Sales, IT Sales, Software/Hardware Solutions, and project-based business development. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in field sales, tendering processes, and working with government bodies, preferably with exposure to NICSI / GeM / e-Procurement portals.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, pursue, and convert business opportunities in Government Departments, PSUs, and Semi-Government agencies.
Drive end-to-end IT sales cycles for software solutions, hardware products, and enterprise IT services.
Manage project-mode sales, including requirement gathering, proposal preparation, and client coordination.
Handle NICSI empanelment processes, bid submissions, and project execution workflows.
Build and maintain strong relationships with government officials, procurement teams, and decision-makers.
Prepare and deliver customized presentations, demos, and sales pitches.
Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, solution mapping, delivery, and post-sales support.
Conduct field visits, client meetings, and follow-up activities to ensure project closures.
Maintain documentation, reports, and CRM updates related to sales activities.
