Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Sales Executives.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Generate leads through multiple channels and ensure strong follow-ups.
Conduct client meetings, site visits, and close deals effectively.
Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management.
Coordinate with CRM, Marketing, and Channel Partners for effective sales operations.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor analysis, and project updates.
Train and support the sales team to improve performance and conversions.
Handle customer objections, negotiations, and documentation for deal closures.
Minimum 2-7 years experience in real estate sales.
