Parkers Consulting & Ventures Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead business growth in our Loans and Insurance vertical.

Key Responsibilities

Drive sales execution for loans and insurance products across Banks, NBFCs and DSAs

Build and manage strong relationships with financial institutions and clients

Create and implement sales strategies to meet monthly and annual revenue targets

Lead, coach and motivate the sales team for high performance

Identify partnerships and business expansion opportunities

Ensure smooth coordination with internal and external stakeholders

Prepare forecasts, MIS reports and performance metrics

Requirements

4-7 years of experience in Loans or Insurance in Banks, NBFCs or DSAs (Mandatory)

Solid understanding of financial products and industry dynamics

Strong communication, leadership and negotiation skills

Ability to independently drive results and meet targets

Excellent client relationship management capabilities
