Key responsibilities

Client acquisition

: Proactively identify and target new corporate clients, groups, and event organizers.

Client relationship management

: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to secure repeat business.

Sales and negotiation

: Negotiate contracts and packages, ensuring they are profitable while meeting client needs.

Promotions and marketing

: Work with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.

Site inspections

: Host and organize site visits for potential clients to showcase the facilities.

Market analysis

: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop effective sales strategies.

Event representation

: Represent the hotel or company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.

Reporting and forecasting

: Prepare sales reports, track performance metrics, and provide sales forecasts to management.
Essential skills and qualifications :

Sales experience

: Proven experience in sales, with a strong preference for those with a background in the hospitality industry.

Market knowledge

: A solid understanding of the hospitality sector, including market segments like corporate groups and tour operators.

Communication and negotiation

: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills are crucial for client interaction.
