Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive sales of Wooden Doors and WPC (Wood Plastic Composite) products. The ideal candidate should have strong market knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to convert leads into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage sales plans for Wooden Door & WPC products.
Generate leads through market visits, dealer networks, builders, architects, and contractors.
Maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
Conduct product presentations and explain product features/benefits.
Negotiate pricing, close sales, and meet monthly/quarterly targets.
Ensure timely follow-up and maintain customer satisfaction.
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports.
Expand market reach and onboard new dealers & distributors.
Monitor competitor activities and provide feedback to management.
Requirements
Proven experience in building materials/furniture/wooden door/WPC industry (preferred).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Good knowledge of local market.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 6-8 months
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
