Role Overview:

We're looking for a

Sales Manager

who can handle the complete sales process from the office -- from handling inquiries and follow-ups to converting leads into confirmed orders. The role is focused on communication, negotiation, and closing deals --

no field visits required

.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle all incoming inquiries from ads, social media, and referrals. Explain machine details, pricing, and offers to potential customers. Follow up with interested clients through calls, WhatsApp, and emails. Prepare quotations and send product details as needed. Convert leads into sales and maintain strong customer relationships. Keep proper records of leads, follow-ups, and sales in CRM or Excel. Coordinate with the production and dispatch team for confirmed orders. Provide daily and weekly sales reports to management.

Requirements:

5 years of experience in

tele sales or B2B industrial product sales

. Excellent communication and convincing skills. Confident, target-oriented, and disciplined. Basic computer and WhatsApp handling skills (Excel, CRM preferred). Education: Graduate (Business, Marketing, or related field preferred).
