Key Requirements:

Strong track record of achieving sales targets

Excellent communication skills

(verbal & written) Experience managing, inspiring, and developing sales teams Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities Comfortable working in night shift operations

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly/quarterly targets Develop and execute strategic sales plans Monitor performance metrics and report progress Maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction
