The Sales Manager - Startup Mitr will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring and managing clients for our social media and digital marketing services. The role demands a strong understanding of digital marketing solutions, startup ecosystems, and client relationship management. The ideal candidate will generate leads, convert prospects, and build lasting partnerships with startups and small businesses looking to strengthen their online presence.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and client acquisition targets.
Handle a team of Relationship Officer's and work on the leads as generated by your team via outbound calls.
Identify potential startups, MSMEs, and entrepreneurs requiring social media and digital marketing support.
Pitch tailored marketing solutions (social media management, digital campaigns, branding, etc.) to prospective clients.
Understand client needs and propose customized marketing solutions.
Conduct sales meetings, presentations and online demos to communicate service value effectively.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Collaborate with the digital marketing and creative teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
Timely achievement of assigned targets.
Prepare and maintain sales reports, pipeline updates and performance data through CRM or MIS tools.
Stay updated with digital marketing trends, competitor offerings and market dynamics.
Participate in startup events, networking meets and business expos to generate new leads.
Requirements:
Graduate / Postgraduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or Mass Communication.
Proven track record in sales of marketing, advertising or digital media services.
Strong knowledge of social media marketing, branding and digital campaigns.
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools and online lead generation platforms.

Monthly sales target achievement.
Number of new client acquisitions.
Client retention and repeat business rate.
Contribution to overall business revenue and market expansion.
