will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic business development, client relationship management, and team leadership within the aesthetic and cosmetic segment. The role involves promoting aesthetic treatments, devices, skincare products, and academy courses (if applicable), while ensuring consistent sales performance and brand representation.
Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
Identify new business opportunities with dermatologists, aesthetic physicians, salons, and clinics.
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and aesthetic treatment awareness sessions.
Manage corporate tie-ups and collaborations with medical professionals and institutions.

Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with clients and partners.
Ensure exceptional client satisfaction and timely follow-ups for repeat business.
Handle customer queries, resolve complaints, and ensure smooth post-sales service.
3.
Team Management
Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales executives or counsellors.
Set performance goals and monitor KPIs, ensuring accountability and productivity.
Conduct regular meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
4.
Marketing & Brand Support
Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation campaigns and promotional activities.
Represent the brand at exhibitions, conferences, and training workshops.
Provide market feedback on competitor activities, pricing, and new product trends.
5.
Reporting & Analysis
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management review.
Monitor sales pipeline, conversion rates, and client retention metrics.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Life Sciences.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales within the aesthetic, cosmetic, or pharmaceutical industry.
Strong understanding of aesthetic treatments (fillers, Botox, laser, skin care, etc.).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to lead a team and achieve sales targets.
Proficiency in CRM tools, Excel, and reporting systems
