Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve occupancy and revenue targets. Identify and build strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, wedding planners, and event organizers. Generate leads for room bookings, banquets, and events through proactive market outreach. Prepare and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and monthly performance reports. Negotiate contracts and ensure timely closures to meet business goals. Coordinate with the Front Office, Banquet, and F&B teams to ensure seamless client experiences. Represent the hotel at local and regional sales events, exhibitions, and trade fairs. Manage digital sales channels, OTA listings, and social media-driven promotions. Analyze market trends and competitor performance to adjust sales strategies.

Qualifications & Experience:



Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum

3-5 years

of hotel sales experience. Proven record of achieving sales and revenue targets. Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and online booking platforms.
