Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Planning:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competition to identify new business opportunities.
Team Management:
Lead, train, and motivate the real estate sales team to achieve individual and group sales targets.
Set clear performance objectives, provide coaching, and conduct regular performance evaluations.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, property developers, and key stakeholders.
Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring client satisfaction.
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
Utilize CRM tools to manage leads, opportunities, and sales pipeline effectively.
Marketing Collaboration:
Coordinate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns.
Provide feedback on marketing materials and lead generation effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 years of experience in real estate sales.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
In-depth knowledge of the real estate market and trends.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.
Real Estate License (if required by local laws).
Vehicle is mandatory.
