Job Summary:



We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Sales Manager

to lead and manage the sales team of our real estate division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, driving revenue growth, mentoring sales agents, and maintaining strong client relationships. This role is essential to achieving the company's sales goals and expanding market share in the competitive real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:



Sales Strategy & Planning:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competition to identify new business opportunities.

Team Management:

Lead, train, and motivate the real estate sales team to achieve individual and group sales targets. Set clear performance objectives, provide coaching, and conduct regular performance evaluations.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, property developers, and key stakeholders. Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring client satisfaction.

Performance Tracking & Reporting:

Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management. Utilize CRM tools to manage leads, opportunities, and sales pipeline effectively.

Marketing Collaboration:

Coordinate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns. Provide feedback on marketing materials and lead generation effectiveness.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. Minimum of 1 years of experience in real estate sales. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. In-depth knowledge of the real estate market and trends. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools. Real Estate License (if required by local laws). Vehicle is mandatory.
