- Sales Manager (Law Learning Bench )
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts for our law learning platform. The candidate will be responsible for building and managing a sales team, driving course enrollments, developing partnerships with institutions, and ensuring revenue growth. This role requires a combination of strategic planning, team management, and direct sales execution in the education and e-learning space.

Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve monthly and annual enrollment targets.
Identify new opportunities in B2C (law aspirants, students, professionals) and B2B (colleges, coaching centers, law firms) segments.
Manage the entire sales funnel - lead generation, conversion, retention, and upselling.
2. Team Management
Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales executives/telecallers.
Set individual and team targets, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback.
Motivate the sales team through incentives, training, and goal alignment.
3. Partnerships & Outreach
Build relationships with law colleges, coaching institutes, and student associations.
Negotiate tie-ups with corporates and law firms for training and certification courses.
Attend and represent the company in education fairs, seminars, and legal workshops.
4. CRM & Reporting
Oversee CRM pipeline management to ensure accurate tracking of leads and conversions.
Collaborate with the marketing team for campaigns and lead nurturing.
Provide weekly/monthly sales reports with insights on revenue, conversions, and growth opportunities.

Requirements
MBA/Graduate in Sales, Marketing, or related field.
5-8 years of proven experience in sales management (preferably EdTech/E-learning).
Strong track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
