Sales Manager

to drive client engagement and deliver strong sales outcomes. The role involves proactive outreach--making calls, scheduling meetings, conducting site visits--and ultimately converting prospects into successful deals. This is a

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly revenue goals. Generate, nurture, and convert leads through networking, cold calling, and other outreach channels. Build strong relationships with brokers, investors, and agencies to expand business opportunities. Understand client needs and recommend suitable property options. Organize and lead site visits, open houses, and property showcase events. Manage the full sales cycle, from initial interaction to negotiation and final closure. Ensure excellent client satisfaction to drive referrals and repeat business.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred). 2-6 years of sales experience, preferably in

real estate

(knowledge of Noida market is a plus). Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship management skills. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Must own a two-wheeler or four-wheeler for client visits. Willingness to travel across Delhi, Noida, Ghaziabad, and Gurugram. Self-driven, confident, and result-oriented.
