We are seeking a result-driven and experienced Sales Head to lead our frontline residential sales vertical. This role is critical in managing and scaling a team, driving project sales, and creating a high-performance sales culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Sales Team
Strategize and execute plans to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Conduct regular site visits, assist in high-value client closures
Work closely with marketing to optimize lead management
Train, mentor, and monitor team productivity through KPIs
Analyze local market trends, project competition, and buyer preferences
Skills Required:
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Strong negotiation, closing, and presentation ability
Familiarity with Excel and reporting dashboards
Good understanding of the local real estate market dynamics
Minimum 5 years of real estate sales experience
