Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's customer base.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients.
Collaborate with the design and construction teams to ensure client needs are met effectively.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities.
