Role Overview:


The Sales Manager will lead our sales team and be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives. This role requires a proactive and results-driven individual with a passion for architecture and construction.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's customer base. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets. Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients. Collaborate with the design and construction teams to ensure client needs are met effectively. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities.
