Key Roles and Responsibilities:



1. Sales Strategy & Planning



Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company goals. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities. Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs for the sales team.

2. Team Leadership & Management



Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales goals. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching for professional development. Recruit, train, and onboard new sales team members.

3. Business Development



Identify new market segments and develop strategies to penetrate them. Build and maintain relationships with key clients and business partners. Negotiate and close high-value deals to drive revenue growth.

4. Sales Operations & Execution



Oversee the sales pipeline, from lead generation to deal closure. Implement sales tools, processes, and CRM systems to streamline operations. Monitor sales metrics and analyze data to improve performance.

5. Customer Relationship Management



Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective relationship management. Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally. Develop strategies for client retention and account growth.

6. Reporting & Analysis



Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior leadership. Track and analyze sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed.

7. Collaboration & Cross-functional Coordination



Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams. Collaborate with other departments to align sales strategies with overall business goals.

8. Market & Competitor Analysis



Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities. Provide insights to adapt sales strategies in a dynamic market.
