Job Description

Conduct field survey to identify potential customers interested in making e-rickshaw purchase
Assist customers by providing information about vehicle's features, specifications and financing support. Address customer queries pertaining to e-rickshaw and financing
Check customer eligibility for vehicle financing and collect KYC Documents for loan processing
Coordinate with Banking/Finance partner to ensure timely closure of e-rickshaw loan
Achieve monthly and yearly e-rickshaw sales target
Regularly maintain contact with customers to provide post-sales services, obtain customer feedback and resolve any arising customer issue

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
