### Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage relationships with key OEM/ODM clients and strategic partners.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the electronics and consumer durables market.
Prepare and present proposals, negotiate pricing, and close commercial deals.
Monitor sales performance and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
Coordinate with internal departments (Production, Logistics, R&D) to meet client delivery expectations.
Forecast sales trends and provide market feedback to the leadership team.
Handle client queries, post-sales support, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Conduct market research to stay updated on competitors, pricing, and new trends.

### Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Electronics, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
3-6 years of experience in B2B sales or key account management, preferably in electronics manufacturing.
Strong understanding of OEM/ODM business models.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and data reporting.
Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and exhibitions.
