Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven HVAC Sales Manager with 5 to 10 years of experience in the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning industry. This role will be responsible for leading and managing the HVAC sales team, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction within the HVAC sector. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of meeting sales targets, developing relationships with key clients, and providing leadership in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities



1. Sales Leadership & Strategy Development



Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the HVAC market. Lead and motivate the sales team to meet individual and team goals. Monitor and analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities and competitive advantages. Align sales goals with overall business objectives in collaboration with senior management.

2. Client Relationship Management



Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers including contractors, engineers, facility managers, and consultants. Conduct meetings and presentations to promote HVAC solutions. Ensure high customer satisfaction through excellent service and after-sales support.

3. Sales Training & Development



Train and mentor the sales team on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry best practices. Foster a collaborative environment that supports professional growth.

4. Market Analysis & Forecasting



Analyze customer needs, industry trends, and competitor products to recommend innovative HVAC solutions. Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance presentations for senior management. Monitor market conditions and feedback to adjust sales strategies.

5. Project Management



Oversee the execution of sales projects, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence. Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and logistics teams for smooth project execution.

6. Product Expertise & Presentation



Maintain deep knowledge of HVAC products and technologies. Communicate product features and benefits effectively to clients. Collaborate with product development teams, providing feedback on customer needs and industry trends.

7. Budget Management & Reporting



Develop and manage the sales budget to optimize resource use and ROI. Generate regular reports on sales performance, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (preferred). Experience: 5 to 10 years of sales experience in the HVAC industry, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of HVAC products, systems, and technology. Leadership Skills: Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team. Sales Expertise: Experience in B2B sales, contract negotiations, and project management. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information in an understandable way. Customer Focus: Strong relationship-building skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. o Travel: Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, site visits, and industry events
