Dyneton is looking for an experienced
Sales Manager
to lead and grow our B2B sales operations in the Dehradun region. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in
B2B sales
, team handling, and achieving individual as well as team targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve business targets
Drive B2B sales for Alibaba.com products and digital solutions
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual individual and team revenue targets
Plan sales strategies and monitor daily performance and productivity
Conduct regular training, coaching, and performance reviews for the team
Handle key clients and support the team in closing high-value deals
Ensure proper CRM usage, reporting, and sales process compliance
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and client satisfaction
Requirements:
Minimum
3-6 years of experience in B2B sales
, preferably in digital platforms, portals, or SaaS
Prior experience in
team handling and target-driven roles
Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment
Experience with Alibaba.com, IndiaMART, or similar B2B platforms is an added advantage
