Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to grow revenue, improve conversion rates, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Monitor team performance through KPIs, dashboards, and regular one-on-one sessions, providing actionable feedback and coaching.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales initiatives with company goals.
Conduct training sessions to strengthen product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer relationship management skills.
Manage pipeline forecasting, territory planning, and account prioritization to maximize efficiency.
Resolve escalated customer issues and support representatives in closing high-value opportunities.
Prepare regular performance reports and present insights to senior leadership.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
5-8 years of sales experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role.
Strong leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Proficiency with CRM tools and data-driven decision-making.
