The Real Estate Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales team, developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets for residential and commercial projects. This role involves team leadership, client relationship management, and coordination with marketing and operations to ensure sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve project sales targets.
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of real estate sales executives.
Generate leads through networking, referrals, brokers, and digital channels.
Conduct regular sales meetings, set targets, and track team performance.
Maintain strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, and corporate clients.
Conduct site visits and property presentations to prospective clients.
Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional campaigns and events.
Provide market insights and competitor analysis to management for strategic planning.
Handle client negotiations, deal closures, and contract documentation.
Ensure excellent customer experience and post-sale follow-up.
Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
3-4 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and current trends.
Proficiency in CRM software & MS Office
