AD Interio is a leading architecture and interior design company based in Dehradun, delivering high-end residential and commercial design solutions. We're expanding and looking for a result-driven Sales Manager to lead our client acquisition and conversion efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new leads for residential, commercial, and renovation projects
Conduct client meetings, understand requirements, and pitch AD Interio's design services
Follow up consistently and close leads through professional communication
Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat and referral business
Collaborate with the design and marketing teams for proposal creation
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain and update CRM or lead sheets regularly
Attend site visits and represent the brand in meetings and exhibitions
Skills Required:
Excellent verbal and written communication
Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to understand design services and explain them clearly to clients
Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and WhatsApp Business
Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in B2C or service-based sales (interiors, real estate, or construction preferred)
Fluent in Hindi and English
