he Two-Wheeler Showroom Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing the sales operations of the showroom. This includes overseeing the sales team, achieving monthly and yearly sales targets, ensuring excellent customer experience, and managing showroom operations in alignment with brand guidelines and standards.
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and provide regular reports.
Supervise and support the sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals.
Ensure accurate and timely documentation and processing of all sales.
Recruit, train, and manage showroom sales executives.
Conduct regular team meetings and sales training sessions.
Motivate and mentor the team to maintain high morale and performance.
