Job Title : Sales Manager - Two-Wheeler Showroom

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven

Sales Manager

to oversee the sales operations of our two-wheeler showroom. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, deep knowledge of the two-wheeler market, and the ability to drive the team to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Management:

Lead, train, and motivate a team of Sales Executives. Conduct daily sales briefings and performance reviews. Set individual targets and monitor KPIs.

Sales Operations:

Plan and implement effective sales strategies. Manage the entire sales process from inquiry to delivery. Ensure timely follow-ups and closure of leads.

Customer Relationship:

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Handle escalated customer issues professionally. Build long-term relationships with customers.

Reporting & Analysis:

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. Analyze market trends and competitor performance. Recommend improvements to increase market share.

Inventory Coordination:

Coordinate with inventory and delivery teams for vehicle availability and logistics. Monitor stock levels and fast-moving models.

Compliance:

Ensure documentation is complete for all vehicle sales. Follow all RTO and showroom compliance processes.

Key Skills Required:

Proven experience in automobile/two-wheeler sales. Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Good knowledge of local market trends and customer behavior. Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM software, and DMS.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred but not mandatory. Valid two-wheeler driving license.

Salary:

Fixed Salary + Incentives + Performance Bonuses

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
