Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and corporate interior projects
Generate leads through site visits, referrals, brokers, architects, and digital platforms
Conduct client meetings, understand requirements, and present design & commercial proposals
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, builders, and channel partners
Act as the key point of contact from lead generation to project closure
Handle negotiations, pricing, and contract finalization
Market & Strategy
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase brand visibility and revenue
Explore new markets, partnerships, and alliances
Coordination & Reporting
Coordinate with design, execution, and procurement teams to ensure smooth project delivery
Track sales performance and prepare regular reports for management
Maintain CRM records and follow-up schedules
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Proven experience in sales/business development in interiors, real estate, or construction industry
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to close deals and manage multiple clients simultaneously
Good understanding of interior design processes, BOQs, and costing
Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in interior design or turnkey projects
Existing network with architects, builders, and corporate clients
