Manage, motivate, and mentor a team of 4-5 sales representatives/counselors to ensure they meet their individual sales/registrations targets.
Set, monitor, and achieve ambitious monthly sales targets for the branch.
Contribute significantly to business development initiatives.
Drive the overall success and strategic expansion of the branch.
Prior experience in the
visa and immigration industry
is highly preferred.
