Job Responsibilities:
Manage both
sales
functions, handling client interactions as required.
Identify potential customers, generate leads, and
convert inquiries into sales
.
Maintain and update customer databases using
MS Excel & MS Word
for reports and documentation.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers for
repeat business and referrals
.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction.
Meet and exceed
sales targets
within assigned regions.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years
of experience in sales or Marketing (preferably in the
HVAC industry
),Freshers can be preferred if candidate has excellent communication skills with marketing knowledge
Strong
communication and negotiation skills
to handle client interactions and close deals.
Proficiency in
MS Excel & MS Word
for maintaining sales data and reporting.
Ability to work both
independently and in a team-oriented environment
.
Willingness to travel for
on-site meetings
when required.
